Application data is stored using Cloudflare's infrastructure. Resume files are stored in access-controlled object storage and are never made available at a public URL — only authorized Pivora Workforce staff can access them, through our authenticated admin system. Administrator accounts are protected with hashed passwords and secure session management.

5. Retention

We retain application information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate your candidacy, consider you for related openings, and comply with our recordkeeping practices. You may request deletion of your information at any time as described below.

6. Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Request a copy of the information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your application and associated information
  • Withdraw your application from consideration
